A New Lease of Life for a Local Landmark
We’re proud to have successfully completed the transformation of a former church and disused community centre into a collection of nine high-specification apartments, along with a thoughtfully designed commercial space now home to a children’s nursery.

Located at the heart of its community, the building had long stood as a familiar presence—but like many heritage sites, it had remained underused for some time. Our role was to restore its purpose while preserving its identity.
We blended historic character with modern functionality to create spaces that meet contemporary living standards while respecting and retaining the building’s original charm.
The apartments feature carefully considered layouts, premium finishes, and subtle nods to the building’s ecclesiastical past. The nursery space was delivered to suit the needs of local families, offering a safe, accessible, and thoughtfully constructed setting for early years education.
As always, the project was guided by our principles of collaboration, craft, and clarity, bringing this much-loved local landmark back to life for the next generation.
