This impressive project included a 6,500 square foot basement and 60 bedrooms distributed across four floors. Our team directly handled all aspects of the project, from procuring the design team to overseeing subcontractors and supply chains.

Despite numerous contractual ownership challenges and shifts, our dedicated group navigated the complex operational requirements, such as CQC approval. The end result: a stunning care home proudly standing on Beulah Hill.
